Coral Cheltenham Bets Offers for the Festival 2018
Coral are one of the most well known bookmakers in the United Kingdom, their headquarters are based in Nottingham. They are one of the oldest bookmakers and also the 3rd biggest bookmaker in the UK.
They are part of the Gala Group and have a huge presence in online sports betting and they are also known for their large chain of shops. They have over 1800 locations in the U.K. The online part of the company is also just as well known.
They merged with Ladbrokes in July of 2015. They were one of the first bookmakers to sign a deal with Turf TV. Coral also own 2 greyhound racecourses, Romford and Hove.
They are well known for their Television adverts also.
Coral have gone through lots of changes with the online part of the company in recent years. The website itself is an efficient and well designed site with a really great colour scheme. The colours are inviting and it really makes doing your betting and form study easier on the eye.
Browsing around is easily done, it really benefits from a great side bar and top navigation menu.
It allows you to get from section to section very well. The sportsbook menu is collapsible too. It makes it easy to get deep into markets quickly, such as football to ante post to premiership winner etc.
The presentation of odds is clear precise and backed up with lots of stats and tips.
All aspects of the site are very quick to load and it doesn’t matter what browser you use. Overall, the site pretty good, one of the better online bookmaker websites there is. It’s very well designed, engaging and very colourful.
Coral Mobile/Telephone Betting:
The Coral website is accessible via your mobile browser or via their mobile application.
It’s available on IOS and Android and can be downloaded from their website. It’s easy to navigation and quick to place a bet on the app. It also has a good spread of casino and games for those who like those options.
Coral Radio is a pretty decent service too that offers live commentary from all the day’s horse racing meetings, greyhound racing and football matches. Coral also offer telephone betting via Coral telebet which I have had no problems with. You ring the number and are greeted by friendly operators and once you give your account details you can quickly place a bet.
Coral Betting Markets:
Coral offer a wide range of markets in the sportsbook including football, horse racing, tennis, american sports, golf, cricket, greyhounds and many more.
Their sportsbook is the best thing they have going for them. It’s not the number of markets that impresses more so the variety of markets and the depth that exists inside those markets.
They can offer up to 120 different types of markets to play on any certain match. Coverage on most markets are like this.
They leave no stone unturned when it comes to the sportsbook. They also offer novelty betting which appeal to the passive punter. For example they offer markets on The Voice, Dancing on Ice and Political betting. So if you want to place a bet on the next American President Coral is the place for it.
Overall one of the better sportsbooks around.
Coral Offers & Promotions:
Coral are currently doing a great new customer offer. You place a £5 bet on any sport for new and you get a £20 free bet. Once you sign up they also offer some other great promotions. Such as Win & BTTS Accumulator Insurance, Late Loser Insurance, Jump Fallers, Greyhound Length Or Less. Basketball Acca Insurance and NFL Acca Insurance.
All are refunded up to a maximum of £25. The signup offer is one of the best around and if you play it right you could make a nice profit.
Coral Cash Out:
Coral offer something that most other bookmakers don’t do. That is, if you place a bet in any coral shop, you’ll receive a bet receipt with a 7 letter cash out code on it. You can enter this code online or on the mobile app to cash out an in shop bet. It’s something that most other bookmakers don’t do with shop bets.
Coral also offer a great online cash out service for your sports bets. They don’t offer the slider though that the likes of Bet365 have for cash out. Overall though their cash out option is decent.
Coral Customer Service:
Coral are let down somewhat by their Customer Service. Their phone service for help hours run from 7 am to 11 pm. That’s a good service and they are friendly but their is a major lack of a live chat option though. They are falling behind a lot of other online bookmakers when it comes to customer service. Email is another option but you’ll be waiting a while for a response and it is not great if you have an urgent query. There is also a FAQ sections to help you find an answer to any question you may have. Overall though their customer service is somewhat lacking.
Overall they are a pretty good online bookmaker. They have a decent new customer offer and some great promotions to keep you entertained throughout. They are one of the better bookies out there, especially online. Their prices are decent but not the best on certain markets.
You can often find better odds elsewhere. They do make up for that though with the added extras and promotions.
Coral are a solid option for any online punter, they are very trustworthy too. They need to improve certain areas though if they want to be as good as some of their competition.
Their customer service is the first place they should start. An introduction of live chat would be a great help and it is really lacking. Other than that though there are not many negatives that I can say about the site.
